The after-school parking lot can be busy, and your cooperation is essential to keeping things safe and efficient. Yesterday was a big day and we had a full parking lot along with some confusion with so many families new to Meadow View who have not navigated the parking lot before.

If you have someone else picking up your child, please take a moment to share this message with them so they’re familiar with the procedures as well.

Here are a few important reminders:

• Pause Parking is for pulling forward and picking up students only. Vehicles should never be left unattended in pause parking or in any area that is not a designated parking space.
• If the lot is full, please enter the pause parking line rather than parking in undesignated spots. We know it can involve a short wait, but we work hard to keep cars moving quickly and safely.
• Middle school families are encouraged to use the South lot (behind the building) for pick-up to help reduce congestion in the main lot.
• Most importantly, please practice patience and caution at all times. Everyone’s goal is to get our students home safely.
